Hi! I'm Tiara :)
I grew up always being the youngest in the room. Whether that was during my mom's weekly bowling league, or being in my dad's kitchen learning how to expo, I was always the youngest. But this taught me early on the art of people watching. I can notice behaviors, tones, and feelings in a way most people can't. This is how I know I was born to be a strategist. I notice everything.
I live life to the fullest. I use exclamation points in emails (sorry, not sorry), I add a smiley face when I write my name, and I book last-minute trips because life is short.
At the same time, I’m incredibly grounded, intentional, and confident. Gratitude is at the center of how I see the world and my work. It keeps me curious about people, open to new perspectives, and motivated to make every day count.
Things I could talk about until the year 2038.
